All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification are obtained. Orders generally takes up to 7 days to make in my workshop before shipping.

To be eligible for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. No returns for custom made pieces of jewelry (designed according to specific instructions) - Do not forget to Include the order number.

All my pieces of jewelry are handmade, and slight differences may occur (e.g., stone colors, texture, etc.), each item is a unique piece, and this is the beauty and magic of my handmade jewelry.

My jewelry designs are delicate and need careful care to last longer. Try to follow these care instructions for both Polished Sterling Silver and Gold-Plated items:

Clean occasionally, use a polishing cloth, and gently rub the jewelry. You may also wash the jewelry with warm water and non-abrasive soap to remove any dirt or residue that may. If needed, use steam.Dry thoroughly.

It is recommended to remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, exercising or during household and handyman tasks. Try to avoid sea bathing, swimming pools, saunas or steam rooms, contact with chemicals such as perfume, cosmetics or hair products.

Well…It depends what kind of Jewelry you are wearing:

SOLID GOLD - Solid gold will never wear off, and its low reactivity means it won't change colors.
STERLING SILVER –  you have to be careful with Silver.  Sometimes it's easy to clean and sometimes it takes real work.  I don't recommend swimming with sterling silver.
GOLD PLATE / SILVER PLATE - there is a microscopic layer of gold or silver plated on top of base metal. So, I strongly recommend not swimming with plated Jewelry.
GOLD FILLED - Gold-filled is wire or sheet that contains a solid layer of gold that is bonded to a base metal core.  Gold-filled cannot wear off like a gold plate, but you do have to treat it with care and clean it from time to time. In general, I will recommend not to swim with gold-filled Jewelry.
